When I first started practicing yoga, it was simply another form of exercise to complement the activities I was doing at the time. It was 2010, a small studio in Tel Aviv, one class a week. Over time, I began to feel that there was something different about yoga.
The feeling it left me with was unlike anything I had experienced before, although I couldn’t quite explain why.
