We invite you to a yoga retreat in the wonderful north, where we will take a break from the hectic daily life and allow ourselves the time to gather, to surrender, time for ourselves, time together, time for silence. We will practice deep yoga practices in the spirit of Vinyasa, have philosophical conversations from the world of yoga, sit down to meditate and practice breathing techniques.
