I invite you to a yoga retreat in the desert, where we will take a break from the hectic daily life and allow ourselves the time to gather, to surrender, time for ourselves, time together, time of silence, time to talk.

We will practice deep, long, and warming yoga practices in the spirit of Vinyasa, have philosophical conversations from the world of yoga, sit for meditation in the desert nature, practice breathing techniques that are stimulating and warming from within. Retreats are always an opportunity to take a moment from everyday life and look within, explore, learn, be attentive, practice, get to know, be, and most of all, have fun!
