In today’s fast-paced and often stressful work environment, yoga offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and recharge.
Yoga can be especially beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting at a desk or working in front of a computer. It helps build strength, flexibility, balance, and stability, while also supporting overall well-being.
Yoga is not only about moving the body, but also about cultivating attention, presence, and a deeper connection with ourselves.
Beyond the physical benefits, yoga provides practical tools for navigating daily life with greater awareness and ease. Even a single hour of practice can create space to slow down, release tension, restore energy, improve focus, and reconnect with ourselves.
No previous experience is needed, and there is no need to be flexible or fit to begin. The practice is accessible to everyone and can be adapted to the needs of each individual and team.
I offer yoga classes for companies and organizations, either as ongoing weekly sessions or as part of special wellness events. Classes can take place at your office and are suitable for practitioners of all levels.

Traditionally, yoga was passed directly from teacher to student, through personal guidance and shared experience.
There is something unique about one-on-one practice. It creates space for a deeper connection and for a practice that is shaped around the individual. A teacher can help us see more clearly, reconnect with ourselves, and support us along the way.
Private sessions offer the opportunity to explore the practice in a more personal way. Together, we build a practice gradually, beginning with the foundations and moving at a pace that feels right for you.
There is something quiet, honest, and meaningful in a one-on-one practice. A space to slow down, explore, ask questions, and deepen your relationship with the practice. A space where challenges can be met with patience and where the practice can unfold at its own pace.
For those who feel drawn to this way of learning, I offer private yoga sessions in Koh Phangan, either at your home or in my practice space. Sessions may include asana practice with an emphasis on breath and movement, meditation techniques from different traditions, and yoga philosophy as part of the practice.
Private sessions are available for individuals, couples, and small groups.
